1. Information before payment
Each purchase concerns B2B stock with variable quantity, volume and destination. The shipping method, carrier if selected, dispatch location, eligible destination, estimated timing, charge and any Incoterms are therefore stated in the quotation or order before payment is requested.
2. Destinations and restrictions
We deliver across Europe to countries and addresses expressly confirmed in the quotation. Actual availability depends on carriers, trade restrictions, sanctions, customs for destinations outside the European Union and product characteristics. An address is not accepted until confirmed in the order documents.
3. Transport methods
Depending on weight and volume, we may use tracked parcel delivery, pallet freight, groupage or another professional carrier. Tracking or transport documents are provided after carrier acceptance where available.
4. Handling and delivery estimates
Timing starts after cleared payment, any required verification and final stock confirmation. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Holidays, customs, force majeure, incorrect addresses and carrier delays may change them; material delays are communicated when known.
5. Charges, currency, VAT and customs
Prices and charges are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Goods moving between EU Member States are not subject to internal customs duties; the correct B2B VAT treatment still depends on VAT numbers, the movement of goods and applicable rules. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other European destinations outside the EU may involve customs, duties, import VAT and clearance fees. Before payment, the quotation separates goods, applicable VAT, shipping and known charges and identifies who bears them under the Incoterm.
6. Address and changes
The buyer must provide complete legal name, contact, phone and delivery address. Changes after confirmation require written approval and may create cost or delay. We are not responsible for consequences of incomplete or incorrect details.
7. Delivery inspection and issues
Inspect packages, seals and visible damage at delivery and record reservations on the carrier document. Report shortages, damage or incorrect delivery promptly with photographs and documents. Risk, title and proof of delivery follow the quotation, applicable Incoterm and law.
