# ItaModaStock pricing and quotation policy

ItaModaStock is a B2B catalogue. Public prices, when shown, are reference commercial prices in EUR and exclude VAT unless the page or written quotation states otherwise.

Some styles can show a unit price together with a minimum style order. Lots may show a starting price, but it is normal for a lot to have no public price. “Price on request” means the buyer should send an enquiry so the team can verify the current composition and commercial conditions.

The definitive written quotation confirms:

- current available quantity and any minimum purchase requirement;
- unit, partial-lot or full-lot price as applicable;
- VAT treatment based on the parties and destination;
- transport costs and delivery terms;
- any other agreed condition.

Catalogue information is not a binding offer and an enquiry is not automatically an order. The website does not currently take online payments.
