## What buyers can evaluate

The catalogue presents stock as lots and individual styles. Depending on the conditions shown for a specific entry, a buyer may request:

1. the complete available lot;
2. a permitted minimum part of the lot; or
3. an individual style with its own minimum quantity.

Product pages use images and available commercial data such as reference, composition, sizes, quantities, condition and purchasing rules. Items are new. They are generally overstock, end-of-line goods or samples; any known defect is identified where applicable.

## How an enquiry becomes an order

1. Compare current lots and styles.
2. Add relevant references to the selection or type them in the enquiry notes.
3. State desired quantities, company details and destination country.
4. ItaModaStock rechecks availability, condition, quantities, price, VAT treatment and transport.
5. The buyer receives a written quotation containing the definitive commercial details.

A website enquiry is not automatically an order. The website does not currently take online payments. The written quotation and subsequent confirmation are the source of truth for the transaction.

## Delivery, VAT and customs

Delivery is currently available across Europe. Transport terms and costs are confirmed in the quotation. Movements of Union goods within the EU customs union do not normally involve customs duties between EU member states, while VAT and documentary treatment depend on the parties and transaction. Non-EU destinations or non-Union goods may require customs clearance, duties or import taxes. Buyers must provide accurate company and destination information so the applicable treatment can be confirmed.

## Claims and returns

Visible defects, damage or incorrect goods must be reported within five calendar days after delivery, with the relevant references and supporting photos or video. After that period, delivery is treated as accepted, subject to mandatory law. Approved return transport is paid by the buyer unless the written quotation expressly says otherwise. Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted in this B2B process; buyers should request all necessary images, video and condition details before confirming an order.
